The other day I wrote a post about yelling on @eatingheryoung I didn't expect it to get the reaction that it did. So many women told me that they yell, and that they hate it. I want to help. I can't promise a workshop will make it so that you never yell again. I can promise that we will talk about root causes of yelling, the impact of yelling on all of us, and tools and techniques for calming the heart. This workshop is a four week facilitated journey toward body acceptance. We are often asked and feel compelled to work on our bodies and "fix" them without any reflection on our current relationship to the skin we're in. Spend four hours with me on Thursday afternoons to tend to, and mend, your body talk by walking the path of acceptance instead of rejection, punishment, and dissatisfaction.
